Can you tell us which day you will work on our project?
In order to maximize efficiency of our crews and equipment, we use a rotation method through the areas in which we have guaranteed projects. Various factors, in particular weather and accessibility to the project can require last minutes schedule changes.
Guaranteeing an exact day and time could restrict the ability for prompt project completion. Please discuss your needs with our estimator regarding special requirements.

How do I confirm a Winter Time Burn by Willow Creek Logging?
When requesting a bid, you will be asked if you prefer the slash removed or if you would like us to perform a monitored winter time burn. When you sign approval on your bid, there will be a section regarding a winter-time burn request. Simply initial the section and you will be placed on the winter-time burn schedule. Winter time burns are not a part of the original bid, as they are billed separately, at the time of the winter-time burn completion.

What is the procedure for a Winter Time Burn by WCL?
Once we have received your request we will:
- Get confirmation from appropriate authorities regarding approved zoning for burning on your property.

- Once began, the actual burn will be continuously monitored by WCL until the burn is fully completed.

What if there are still trees, logs, or slash leftover on my property after you have completed the job and left the property?
Occasionally there are separate phases of the job due to specific needs of your project; scheduling of equipment, utility service and accessibility to your site. Additionally there are sometimes other projects in the area using public property for various stages of tree removal which can be confusing. We welcome your inquiry calls regarding your project.

What if I have special request, for example; keeping logs for my own use?
It is important that we understand your project needs in detail and to the fullest extent so our professional estimators can accurately discuss your needs and our requirements for project completion and costs associated with your requests.

Why did the estimate I received include some marked trees which appeared to be healthy?
Our expert estimators have been thoroughly trained to assist you with your tree removal project. It may include space clearing around your home, removal of a lone tree, or identifying dead or 'hit' trees, which over a period of time will require removal even though they currently 'appear' healthy.
Whether a tree has been hit by the Mountain Pine Beetle, or the lesser-known Ips Beetle once a tree has been penetrated it will not survive.
We can help reduce your costs, by identifying and removing dying and/or endangered trees during one project. We are also happy to assist you in plans for any future tree removal projects.

What is your price per tree?
Since each project is unique in its own way, we are able to accurately access your project and quote a price once our professional estimator personally walks your property.

Do you use a Hydro-Ax or other tree-cutting equipment?.
In order to assure a clean job, with minimal impact on the surrounding environment, we prefer cutting all trees by hand using our expert tree cutters. For proximity issues, we may use tree climbers and crane use to insure the safety of "healthy" trees and structures. Whatever choices we use are specifically chosen based on the individual and unique aspects of your project.
